WHAT HAVE WE DONE

+In our collective efforts to reach our goals and objectives the GBPUSA has proudly accomplished the following milestone projects in Liberia.

GBPUSA 1ST PROJECT

+In collaboration with the REBA, we Rebuilt their basketball court, added brand new boards and rims, including seating capacity in New Kru Town, Monrovia, in April 2021..

​

GBPUSA – COLABORATION WITH MJUS

+Co-sponsor 85% @ $3,200 for a vacation basketball training camp in Monrovia, in collaboration with Mama Jama Ultimate Sports Association, in June of 2022. This quick impact project covered areas of New Kru Town, Logan Town, Bardnersville, Gardnersville, and 72nd, for three weeks.

GBPUSA – SNEAKERS DONATION

+Donated one hundred pairs of basketball sneakers for teenagers, to the Black Hole Ballers Association - PA, May 20 2023, to be distributed to boys and girls in Monrovia.

GBPUSA – Electronic Scoreboard Donation

+Purchase and shipped to Liberia, the first of its kind, modern multipurpose digital electronic scoreboard, installed at the SKD basketball gymnasium, in collaboration with the Youth and Sports Minister, Hon. Zeogar D. Wilson.  The digital scoreboard was dedicated on April 15, 2023 by the President of Liberia – George M. Weah. It is currently being used for organized youth tournaments and other major 1st and 2nd division basketball games.

These projects which have attracted lots of attention and excitement from youth around various communities in Monrovia, have challenged and encouraged Great Ball Players-USA to do more for the youth of Liberia. Your contribution and donation will definitely go towards a worthy cause.
